Wish complaint: Can’t get a hold of anyone at support

My complaint:

I’ve looked up support and customer service and returns and can’t get a hold of anybody to start a return process within the timeframe allowed. No paperwork came with the product.

Suggested solution:

Let me know how to start a return.
