My complaint:
Netflix instructions say to organize my list to select manual instead of netflix preferred.
I did that, but cannot re organize my list. Called to complain and was told Netflix is working on it.
But, this issue hasn’t been resolved in the 2 years I’ve tried to reorganize my list and it doesn’t work!
Why give instructions to a feature that is broken?
Suggested solution:
fix the rearrange my list option.
