My complaint:
On 01 02 2020, I bought Holiday for £2646 from TUI SHOP, YATE, BRISTOL using my Mastercard credit card.
I am claiming that TUI SHOP, YATE, BRISTOL is in breach of contract because Tui cancelled my holiday on 08042020, I have tried all methods of trying to communicate with them , but to no avail ! I wish to apply the section 75 for my refund , as Tui are failing in any correspondence .
I have tried unsuccessfully to resolve this dispute with the retailer. Under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, you are jointly and severally liable for any breaches committed by the retailer. I would now like to get a refund
I would be grateful if you could respond within 14 days.
