My complaint:
I placed an order and changed my mind. There is nothing there to help you stop the process immediately. It’s like nothing you can do before the 8 hours they give you to cancel. By that time, I have a bounced check because of my mistake. None of the problem solving answers are about cancellations. Customer support is no help because they go around everything you want to know .
Suggested solution:
They should pay for my bad check and put in place an answer right away in case someone has a problem with having to cancel an order.
