My complaint:

I order globaltel on the beginning of November. I honestly thought it was globaltel link. When I found out it was globaltel link I called but the was close and the call the next day was November 10th. So we had a conversation and the customer service rep and then she said I was only getting $31.00 back and yes I did go off and I ask to speak to a supervisor and she said one wasnt available and I told her I would wait and she told me since I insisted she would refund the whole $45.99 and then I received an Email saying that I was only getting $31.00. Okay rhe second time I called was November 17 and rhe said my account was close and they said they would close it and in the conversation I was very pissed about my money and at this point I was having to face that I was only getting $31.00. So the last time I called which was November 24 and it still wasn’t close and the lady said that she sent an Email stating it has been close but I received one on the 17 and it wasn’t call and each time it was 3-7 business days. The 10 to the 24 that is two week.

I should get my whole refund and my money should be back on my card just like how fast they took it off
