Complaint from Lori mcphee reported on 31 May 2020 about Coin Master
I had the option of paying for a chest at £3.99 which would open the next chest at a cost of £7.99, this would open the last chest reveling a joker card. I paid for both chests and opened the third only to find no joker card. I would Not have bought these chests had it not been for the joker card. Feel cheated
Give me my joker card at least.

3 years ago - This is not the first time this has happened. Is it not fraudulent to take money from someone for something they don't get but have been conned into paying for.
