My complaint:
I Went to the Pines to recharge my phone at Vodaphone. There machines where not working so they ask me to go to Coles and purchase a recharge card. I got the wrong card. I Went back to Coles to get a refund or exchange. I had the Receipt 8232 and I never activated or used the card. They would not help me and I burst into tears because the service was so bad. I made a mistake buying the wrong card so I wish to complain

I would like my $30 Refunded or $30 Giftcard
