My complaint:
I’m helping staff at reading station

I was waiting for the 4.31 am train to gatwick on Nov 2nd which was cancelled, I sat in the waiting room on platform 7 at reading station when it was announced there is a replacement bus and for passengers at the North exit,I got up and ran to get the bus as I exited the station I saw the bus but I was overwhelmed with nausea and felt very unwell so I stopped and vomited furiously down a drain as I approached the bus it started to drive off so I asked 2 members of Reading station staff to radio the bus to wait for me but they would not telling me the driver will not let me on as the bus passed by they asked if I had a ticket to which I said yes the bus stopped as I got my ticket out then drove off again when I asked if he would radio the driver to wait for me he told me the driver will not let me on because I had been sick to which I replied the only reason for this is because I just ran from one side of the station to , the other to get the bus as i did not want to board the bus and vomit on there,I don\'t appreciate the way the staff would not help me by asking the driver to let me on now I\'m under pressure and very stressed out as now I feel I\'m going to miss my flight to Switzerland I feel now next time this happens I will just board the bus and vomit and to top it off the bus knew I was coming as a staff member radioed the bus from the waiting room while I was there from platform 7,I\'m now going to get the 5.32am train with hope I don\'t miss my flight!!!!! I suffer with mental health problems and now I feel distressed and can\'t think straight really am worried I\'m going to miss my flight I feel I\'m being laughed at as the 2 staff members were to busy chatting away like I was not there now my stress levels have increased exponentially
