Complaint: order wrong again

My complaint:

this is the second time in two weeks that my order was not correct first time forgot a whopper second time asked foe med sprit and got charged a med fries I questioned the mix up she said you order med fri I had a coupon gave the code number and asked also for a med sprite when I tried to have them repeat the order back she refused just said I got it drive up then questioned at the window she got really snotty about so we said forget and drove off my husband said he will never go back to this burger king again because they don’t want are business. also never gave receipt so we see who she was this was on sunday 17 of jan time was at 1 15 afternoon. not happy at all

Suggested solution:

she should have fixed the mistake . we didn't touch anything she should have taken out the extra fries subtracted the price and gave us the drink and charged us for the drink. and said sorry for the mistake . we get it people make mistakes but don't be so rude and do nothing.
