My complaint:
I have previously used bt sports monthly pass to watch various sporting
events without problem. However this time everything went wrong! I asked my secretary to set it up for me and because she hadn’t got my bank card information she used her own card to pay for the first month. As i didn’t want her to be responsible for any further monthly payments I might want to maintain, I set up my own account on BT to accommodate payments by me. I had specifically wanted to watch the Norwich vs Villa game and when I rang for BT assistance the lady told me that everything had gone through okay and I could now watch the match! Well, I couldn’t watch the game because it wouldn’t run and I wasn’t too pleased! .
Suggested solution:
Perhaps you might like to explain why I wasn\'t able to watch the game and at least return my secretary\'s money.
