Bojangles complaint: Horrible Service With No Customer Support

My complaint:

A Friend and myself (both disabled) always stop at one of the three Bojangles in Statesville for a large unsweet tea, and a large halfhalf tea to take with us to our doctor’s appointments or shopping trips. Though it is a simple order consisting of only two items, something is always wrong when we get our order….ALWAYS. I have filed complaints with Bojangles Customer service (in fact one yesterday, and another today) and never have gotten a response. I still, despite of the many problems, return to Bojangles solely due to Styrofoam cups that sweat less, and insolate more, but after today, I will learn to love plastic or paper cups. I placed my order of two teas at the drive thru prior to my friend’s appointment today, waited in line, and paid at the window jus before being handed two large drinks void of any ice. I told the cashier there was no ice in the drinks and she yelled YO to the woman behind which yelled, Ice machine is broken. It was now 1:02 pm and we had to get to the appointment and could not wait for a credit back to a debit card. We drove off with two hot teas, and hot under the collar. While my friend was seeing the doctor, I called the manager and told her what happened and she ed the ice machine was broke. I aske Don’t you think we should have been told that when we placed the order? She agreed. I said But we were not told that, instead, we waited in line, paid with a debit card, were handed two drinks, noticed ourselves the lack of ice, and was told only after questioning the cashier. She apologized and then SILENCE So I asked What are you going to do about it? She replied, I can’t do nuttin bout dat!
I filed another complaint with Bojangles online form, but they never contct anyone. All they care about is getting the money, making empty apologys, and ignoring all else, including improvements.

Suggested solution:

The very, very least is refund my money for yesterday and today's two large teas, plus tax, and I will go elsewhere from now on. I still have both receipts. They have proven themselves unworthy of my patronage.
