Bojangles complaint: Charged for food I didn’t recieve

My complaint:

Ordered through Bojangles website, order was cancelled by Bojangles. Called restaurant to make sure I wouldn’t be charged, I assured no charge is made until food leaves restaurant. Charge appeared on my credit card. Used Bojangles customer service link 2 weeks ago and have only heard crickets. I have the email saying Bojangles cancelled order.
