My complaint:

I am a member of courier exchange my I’d no is 144922 and my company name is fisland delivery and removal services. My account was closed ir block who I was told is one of the managers. My subscription was due for renewal last month February after paying for my renewal I log on to the system then I noticed I can not log in I called the courier exchange nos to ask what happened that I could not log in to my account then I was told that I co load that the company that gave me the job reported me to them . 1 I never co load 2 if there is a complaint about me I should receive an automated email within 24 hours but I did not receive any information if such. 3 my account was block one month after which is wrong I called the company that gave me the job to if truly they reported me but they said they dont do such things for me. Since then courier exchange has been avoiding my calls . If they dont want me to use the platform which am not using for free I demand my subscription fee should be refunded but they refuse.
This is act of wickedness and hatred.

Suggested solution:

I need my money back as I have lost interest in using there platform. Courier exchange is more of a fraud to freelance courier drivers. I have been treated like nobody despite the fact that an paying for the service.
