My complaint:

I won. They claim I had a bonus active. I placed a deposit on the 25th. They then send me free play. I used it and lost. I continued to play on my deposited funds. I won and they won’t pay. They have paid me multiple times in the past with this same scenario. I played through the bonus which lists no limit of cash out by the way, and other bonuses do, and I lost that. I continued to play with my deposited funds funds and won days later. They refuse to pay me. My loyalty bonus was 100 percent played through on the 25th. I made a deposit on the 25th as well after I played through the bonus. I won today, the 27th, days later. This is theft.
