BitStarz complaint: BitStarz breached licence and KYC rules, should void and refund games

They breached their own licence issuer contract and they breached their own contract for allowing and accepting deposit from restricted country player and never kyc.
This happened on Sept 5.
Those games played are not supposed to be counted as real play they must b voided abd refunded
