My complaint:

I couldn’t pay my bill on time so i got disconnected
And was told i got 15 days to pay the $180 something..

I took about 18 days to come up with the $180
So i paid the bill on the spectrum app..
Then i had to call spectrum to have my service back on running and they said we cant turn the service back on cause the 2nd bill already printed out so they took my $180 and left me with 1 month with no service:(. Cause i was only couple of days late for paying the bill Then again i called a month later and they said i gotta pay an other $130 something
To start all over again i was very mad for what this has been done to me…

Suggested solution:

I am planning to drop a lawsuit on spectrum for not doing there right job..

I got disrespected for not paying my 2nd bill on time..
