My complaint:
My unit had water damage that caused damage to bottom unit , said it was my fault for water spahing out shower, they sent me a bill over 1100.00 I told them that I need to make payment , I’m a single mother and don’t have the money to pay in full , I asked to pay 50 a month , they said the least they can take is 200 a month, can they do this , IMO on a budget and they don’t understand my finances
Suggested solution:
If I can make more then 50 per month I will I just don’t want to be obligated to make the 200 if I can’t in certain months
