My complaint:

I recently upgraded from a sim only to contract I signed the contract in east Kilbride carphone warehouse store an ask the girl to put a £15 cap on my phone I then proceeded to get txts from yourselves saying my cap was £75 a I had a cap on my sim only account why would I not cap this contract

Suggested solution:

stop sending me txts asking for £79£11.99 I feel there has been a mistake made by your employee I will pay a £15 cap £11.99
