I asked him about my queries so since its an expression for me to use hello because of my connection problem and i used the word hello then after i was surprised he reply me “You do not want to say hello if I do not reply so fast. Then after that during our conversation he is the one using that word also. If you want the evidence i will send it to you also i screen shot my conversation with him and how many times he used also that after my conversation with him so what does it mean. He is acting as not a good customer service. We are your client but as a customer service whatever happen you have to act also as per your position you have also protocol but i think that guy is lack of trainings in that matter. Im a regular customer of netflix and first time i encounter that kind of customer service in netflix.
Just give him proper training and apply it in nice way.He dont need to be rude because as per i know customer service representative need more patience and dont apply rudeness to your client.I think he is not a good customer service representative. I need your reply and waiting for it.
Terminate him if he act like that to other customer because his not a good example and the image of your company will affect.
