My complaint:
Ive went down to complain. To the guy on duty about bites all over me very nicely… the second night I now have way worse bites and he informed me that because the room was in my boyfriend’s name and he’s at a party not the hotel… To deal with it then I asked if he would fix the key he informed me that I’d be out of luck he wasn’t letting me back in! I have a serious allergy to these bugs and mind u it’s 3 in the morning so no sleep hardly for 2 nights… He wouldn’t give me a number for the owner or anything
Suggested solution:
I'd like to be refunded and possibly have the money for the medications I've bought and for the two nights sleep I lost and possibly give the employees some training Manors or fire his him he's very rude and hateful... I had 2 sit outside 2 hours in the middle of the night waiting on my boyfriend to come in
