My complaint:
ordered 2 beauty case spent £54.00 in October ’22 it now January 22nd ’22. they gave me the tracking number which is based in Bristol with a different persons name, however they have received and I paid for it. Kept emailing the company they just don’t care all they say is….. its been delivered- not to me it hasn’t., they made a huge blunder with the address.
never, ever will I trust this company.
Suggested solution:
refund or send me the two beauty case.......shan't hold my breath.
