My complaint:

I have returned the wrong item which was sent to me but the bag had still had its original labels on apart from the hang tag that they provide.
They told me they will not take the item bag which has really upset me and I’m really disappointed with them.
We don’t all have a lot of money to waste but this bag was very expensive.
I called customer service to advice me further and even she was not helpful and was rude in the tone she was speaking to me.
I am still waiting for further investigation if not I will take this matter further.

Suggested solution:

I want a refund for the bag as that is not the bag I ordered and it’s a lot of money.
Please can you help me as I feel there’s no other way, as the customer service people are not helpful at all.
