My complaint:
According to the McDonalds literature published on their website and legislation the government bag charge is an optional charge.
A visit at 10:30 today I advised Ithat i did not want a bag and to remove the bag item and charge. I was informed this is a mandtory charge. I challenged this explaining legislation and was told it was the managers instruction to charge!
Suggested solution:
Please investigate this sites nterpretation of legislation and wording on website. Downloaded copy22nd November
