My complaint:
On 8192019, I ordered a to go order from TACO MAC from location 1300 Hwy 20 McDonough, GA 30253. When my family opened the food to eat, we all found several things wrong with the order and found it uneatable. I called spoke to closing mgr, I believe he was 1 of the most disrespectful people I have ever encountered. I frequent this establishment often. This time I was given a wing half eaten I believe from another persons plate, extremely runny Mac cheese that was supposed to be baked, cold chunky queso, ketchup for salsa, over cooked grilled chicken in the chicken wrap, chunks of broccoli stalks for the baked broccoli cheese casserole, cheese cake that was so soft you could stir it and I did. I understand I ordered this after 8pm but I believe I was given food at the wrong temperatures, leftovers and food that would make my family sick.
The manager disregarded the complaint and just told me to bring it back in the hail storm.
I will be calling the food inspector. Their is something wrong with the kitchen temperature and quality. But the customer experience was even worse. Order 355057368
Suggested solution:
I would like the location to be inspected and my money of $46.74 to be refunded.
