My complaint:
I just found out about this site didnt even no it exists back a few .months ago i was walking in from outside wal mart it had been raining out. There were no carts in the front porch so i went inside and looked for one. I came across one and started walking up between the self cheekouts when i slipped and fell to the floor by twisting my ankle. No staff came to help til someone else that was shopping went and told a worker. Now this is what is driving me insane i asked for some ice as my ankle was starting to turn color and started swellen ..they went and got a report for me to fill out and continueing to not care about the fact i have asked for ice for it. was very shocked.
Suggested solution:
Just wondering if i can still do anything about it all though its been a few months.
