My complaint:
Hi
I took my daughtr to the whittlesey branch today for take away lunch as a treat.
We had a salad and a toasted chicken sandwich. When we got home my daughter found several hairs in her sandwich which was disgusting.
She couldnt eat it.
we paid just over £10 for this lunch and it has gone to waste – in this current climate i find this more totally unacceptable as hygiene should be key and would like to take this further
Suggested solution:
thorough deep clean and a full refund of the meal plus a goodwill gesture
