My complaint:
I paid £610 to have downstairs done with vinyl its now got air bubbles coming up in parts and even been put over nails and old door frames that you replaced iv called and u stated we should have removed any nails yet didnt say that when i handed money over you said u was sending someone out been a week now not a call or visit since also a patch in kitchen where u didnt being enough vinyl n didnt tell us about
Suggested solution:
Either replace the work thats been done or give me some money back so i can get skmeone else to fix it for me
