My complaint:
I stayed at the Super 8 in Sheboygan,WI and it was a nightmare. I never in my life seen a bed bug till that stay and the person I did something about the problem said he would have to talk to a manager to fix this. Ok so had to wait till morning and did. Talk to the desk person at breakfast and still no manager was told. The breakfast was a joke, water for waffle batter,The danish was mangled and had fruit flies on it, The milk smelled sour, The eggs were rubber and they had no coffee till was asked twice if some could be made. The man working looked like he had been sleeping all night and was real rude because I wanted to talk to him and interrupted his phone call talking to someone I think in Indian. Then I overheard that he WAS the manager and he didn’t want to deal with the proble, he wanted to pass it off to someone I never even seen. We ended up leaving and throwing away all our stuff with still the problem not taken care of. This is a bad place. The housekeeping didn’t sperm English and was very sloppy, unorganized looked like she was in her own little world. Tags showed and towel were stained and our blanket had a big stain at the bottom like they tried to hide the stain. I can go on and on its just somewhere we will NEVER stay and NEVER recommend even of it was the last place.
Suggested solution:
The real Management needs to wear a name tag at all times (really all employees should have one with their name and title), the bed bug problem there needs to be taken care of better, how old the food is needs to be looked at real close so no-one would get sick, and how sloppy the housekeeper i saw should be delt with ( l wold like a clean and well presented room) not dirty and disheveled looking . These are ALL big problems.
