My complaint:

I booked flight with swoop airlines from Hamilton to Edmonton and my flight was WO103 and departure time was 7.45 pm I did my boarding online and done with the security check when they made last announcement for boarding which was scheduled at 7.15pm after announcing boarding they closed with in 2 minutes, I was standing in feont of the departure way the lady over there argued with me for 15 minutes but didn’t let me go I was done with boarding and security, plane I can see it standing in front of my eyes, I requested her I have a wrk tomorrow dnt have arrangements, it was still 25 mint in departure.plane is right across the double doors standing .that costed me 400 extra and I was so lost and I lost my word with my manager as well as money . It was humiliation .

Suggested solution:

I should get my flight the one I booked again to get to Edmonton which is 359$ and my day compensated and they should declare what time they cease boarding u can’t say boarding starts at 7.15 pm and closed with in 5-10 mints according your convenience.
