My complaint:

I had called netflix 2 get my netflix to standard version instead of HD several months ago i. Which was changed but they charged for 2 different accounts. I had to change my email and cancel the other email. They still were charging me for 2 accounts until I caught it and called. Chris from Tampa , in which would no give me an ID, said number said No refund could be given. I felt they should have sent a email stating my card was being charged twice for same services in which was not. I told him this could happen to alot of people but he did. Not seem to care. I am mot worried about the refund of being charged twice for same account but was at least hoping to add to policy to fix this from happening in the future to other people. Maybe they dont care? J have several companies and would be upset if someone treating a paying customer like this.

Suggested solution:

I would like a refund for being charged twice for same service but main reason is to change policy of oeople answering the phone. Tell them to be more courteous to paying customers and at least act like they care about avoiding this to happen to someone else in the future. Chris from Tampa said there was no email on address to file a complaint.
