I ordered flowers for a family members funeral in Illinois. I live in Florida. I ordered a Large Lavender Sympathy Standing Basket. Looked beautiful and big and had it’s own stand so no need to clutter a table. What was delivered was a small table basket. I even have the paperwork to prove it. I was very unhappy and totally dissatisfied with arrangement. I tried to call customer service with no luck, there is no one to speak with. The automated systems says there is a long wait time leave your number and they will call you back at a certain time and no one ever calls. I filled out two online complaints and got no response back from either. Now three weeks later I finally get to speak with someone in customer service and she tells me that I waited too long and they have a 3 day complaint policy, she speaks to the highest person in charge and that they said they have a 24 hr complaint policy. So in the end there is nothing they can do even though I have proof of what I purchased and proof of what was delivered. I was over charged by probably $100. How can anyone resolve an issue if you can not speak with someone?? what was received from a major florist could have been picked up at your local grocery store for $30. I would love to post pictures of what I ordered and what was delivered.
I want to be reimbursed for over paying.
