My complaint:

I have ordered goods that worth more than 400 quid, and I requested delivery…The Argos delivery team left my expensive stuff on a neighbour of whom I did not know…I had to go and ring the bell and be impolite and ask if they have them, fortunately she did but I had to carry 50kg all the way up to my 2nd floor apartment, not to mention that the neighbours house was in the other side of the road…” ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC…NEVER NEVER TRUST ARGOS DELIVERY AGAIN !

Desired solution:

Help carrying my 50kg purchase upto second floor.
