My complaint:

I purchased a Toshiba combi tv from Argos last May. 10 months later the picture is not working. However under the Argos policy (no doubt and other retailers) they will not replace it or refund even though it is still in warranty. They wil only send it away for repair. Which is highly inconvenient. I know we live in a throw away society but a) any tv should last longer than 10 months and b) I am without a tv for however long it takes to repair then I will have a repaired tv. or do I just say tough luck and go and buy another one. I think Argos Policy sucks.

Desired solution:

Have a loan TV whilst Argos replace or fix my TV.
