My complaint:

I phoned and they told me to be there early so I checked on line it said open time 8.30 so I arrived at 8.35 went to the desk and they said I was to late and sent me away in pain am in agony they said I should have been there at 8 o,clock but check web sight it said 8.30 I am so so angry this is fro.

Desired solution:

To see that this mistake is sorted out web and office have different times so I am sitting here crying my eyes out in pain my mouth is full of blood every morning thick dark red blood this is not normal I don\\\'t no what else to do the pain I feel like killing myself.terrible the way I have been treated thanks for nothing .
