My complaint:

After a year on the HP Instant Ink Plan using the the free program and only once being billed for printing more than 15 pages HP is changing the plan and forcing me to pay 99 cent a month. That’s $12 a year and I still do not need cartridges. By the time I do need cartridges it could be 2 years or more. I have the Envy 5055

Suggested solution:

Offer me the Free for Life plan that is available through Staples on the same Envy 5055 since I've been a loyal customer.
