My complaint:

Yea I just started using amazon for the first time 2 days ago to order a bunch of stuff for me and my son becuase his birthday is this week but the first day soon as I got everything ordered my account was locked and I had to verify that it was me so I did then it was unlocked not even 12hrs later I had to verify myself once again and they deleted all my orders I had placed so I I had to go back and re order everything which was alot of stuff but soon as I got done putting in all my orders they decided they wanted to lock my account once again and while I was trying to get them to send me a link so I could give them proof once again. That it was me for some reason which makes no sense becusse I had just verified my account 2 separate times before this not even 48 hrs prior but while I was on hold for 2 hours with amazon trying to get them to enable me to upload my document they decided that they was just going to disable my password and delete all my orders once again now my son will not have his birthday becusse of this stupid nonsense and I feel like they was intentionally harassing me for no reason I had done verified myself 3 separate times to these people and I’m still having to deal with them and it’s not right and I want this handled emedeatly and I want them to have some sort of consequence for have ruined my sons birthday for litteraly no reason what so ever!! I want this to be made right and made right asap! This whole thing should have never happened and I will never shop back on amazon ever again!!! Just becusse they are a big company they think they can treat people any way they want!!! And that needs to be handled now it dont give yall no right to play with peoples lives and emotions like this!!.. fix this amazon my sons birthday is friday and I want my orders here by then like they was scheduled to be!

I want my orders to be at my house by friday the 27th like they was scheduled to be and I want someone to have some kind of consequence for harassing me and ruining my sons birthday for no reason what so ever!
