My complaint:
I sent £3000 from my transfer wise account to my loot account so that i can pay my bills, rents and for my day to day expenses.
Since then my loot account has been blocked for reasons i dont know. I have provided them with all proof of the funds but they still wont release my money.
I have asked them to send back the money to my transfer wise account where the money came from and they are still unable to do that.
I have a wife and kids and its frustrating on my part.
Please help me
