Ordered items on the 23rd March. They are still, according to tracking still in Germany. I have asked them to askget the parcel back whilst it is still in Germany and issue me a refund. I have asked to make a complaint. They ignore and say ‘it will be with you in 3 to 5 days. Absolutely rubbish company, communications and service.
