My complaint:
Bought 40 as normal from my normal store and asked for Player Green fusion superking and i’m trying to cut down as starting on a e-cigarettes- when i began smoking them i was like this is not right but thought it was because i wasnt smoking as much! My sister then was smoking a roll up and i asked her to try my cigarette and asked if this was menthol and she said no and asked me to try her menthol tip and i was like WHAT THE HELL! I then looked at the packet and was like Green filter? Still a white tip but hardly any taste? To say i have been smoking Green fusion for ages and to not even of been told they had changed names AND they weren’t even menthol? Not happy at all.
Suggested solution:
I’d of liked to get both packets back of course as a replacement and willing to send receipts
