My complaint:
Hello! I made a VERY large order recently and accidentally the address auto corrected to something similar but not our address. Some of the items had emailed me and said they had shipped but some of them have not yet. I either need a refund and then I will re-order or a redirection. This is mildly urgent as the packages will probably arrive within the month. Thank you.
