My complaint:

The cashier at the time was a very rude, nasty attitude little girl the way she was acting. I walk up to check out she notices my family and I ignores us, walks to the other side of the register to put pens away then has to put lotion on then walk back to check the time to walk back to just start pressing buttons completely ignoring the fact I’m standing there, she starts scanning items i say hello gives me a dirty look, then she’s telling my daughter don’t touch that why are you to lazy to work? Either way you can tell me, not her then she gives me the wrong total then never asks for my id when buying tobacco products, she was just horrible attitude and vibes. She never said thank you i had to ask her twice then she got mad at that never told me my change and when i went to grab my money she goes yup stupid b word under her breath. Real professional she was, at this point i feel she was racist im with my kids we are white and she is African american, why are you going to be rude and ignorant to me when I’m spending my money there? I will NEVER go to this family dollar to support her paycheck. Learn to treat people with respect.

Suggested solution:

They should fire her , or make her take classes on customer service, it is only common sense .
