My complaint:
I have been getting my bathroom renewed since July 2019 and it’s still not finished, I was told it would take 3 days to do by the Planner and is still ongoing. Every time I ring the planner I am told what work will be carried out that day but still there are 5 jobs that are still out standing that have not been finished.
Suggested solution:
There needs to be total communication from the Surveyor to the Planner then to the work men of what work needs doing and in the order it should be done.
