My complaint:
i used my usaa credit card to add funds and won 150 dollars and cashed out 150 dollars for withdrawal from planet 7 casino and now , they claim they can not pay me becasue i bank with usaa bank and want me to open a new bank account to collect my 150 dollar withdrawal , i told them they took the money from my usaa bank credit card and to send a direct deposit or paper check , they claim they cant do either and i must open a new bank account to receive payment of 150 dollars they owe me since june 6 th 2019,
Suggested solution:
i want 150 dollars crdited to my credit card or 150 dollars credited to my ban account or 150 dollar paper check made out to me , i have always cashed planet 7 check at usaa bank as they cash forien checks at the texas main bank
