My complaint:
I have submitted a list of 20 or more items allegedly delivered to me however I have not received them and wish,s support column seems is designed to obstruct me and others to be able to file for a credit refund or a NEW delivery
The site cannot take all the items not delivered and I am of the opinion it is designed it discombobulate any effort to give them the details
Suggested solution:
Send again the Items or credit my account as their system seems to be impossible to navigate an I have so many to claim
