My complaint:
After 4 months an order had not even been processed so I asked for a refund that could only be given as Wish Cash. Order Jan 26, refund May 16th 2020.
On May 17th 2020, this money was spent by someone in Russia who also changed the delivery address to:- Vladislaw Yerohin, ul.F.abri.chnaia d-10 kv-2 korp.26, village of PORTMANTEAU, PENZA REGION 442761, RUSSIA.
I informed Wish immediately but the item (Xiaomi wrist monitor) was delivered on July 17th. I changed my password on this account.
Cost £41.00.

Suggested solution:
Stop this fraudulent use happening and give me back my money. I would prefer cash, not wish cash again as I don't trust this web site anymore.
