My complaint:
I have been a dedicated Wells Fargo Customer for 10 years. You just closed the Florala, Alabama branch of Wells Fargo. No more bank and no more ATM. The closest branches now are in Crestview, Florida or Opp, Alabama. Both are 25 miles North or 25 miles South. The nearest bank now is Regions Bank and for those of us who live closest to Florala we now have to use the Regions Bank ATM which is costing us 4 dollars per transaction. Absoulutely no excuse on Wells Fargo’s part for allowing this to happen. In California you put Wells Fargo ATM’s in Supermarkets. You could have done the same here. There is a Piggly Wigley in town or the Tom Thumb Convenience Stores. There are also two Dollar General Stores in town where you could have placed another Wells Fargo ATM. Shame, Shame, Shame on Wells Fargo management to have allowed this matter to have gotten to this point. You could have contacted any one of these chain establishments and gotten another Wells Fargo ATM installed or installed a separated Wells Fargo ATM in town. Bank of America has no branches in Crestview, Florida but they went ahead and installed a Bank of America ATM for their customers in Crestview. You could have done the same thing in Florala. The last day with the Wells Fargo ATM five customers were in iine all complaining but that is not all. Florala is the chokepoint for tourist traffice that goes down Route 85 to Fort Walton Beach and Destin or 331 to Panama City Beach. Now all that tourist traffic has no Wells Fargo ATM in Florala, Alabama with which to get cash or make deposits. No sir you people really blew it this time and you need to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
