My complaint:
When we arrived there were no towels , the bath tap dribbled out the shower goes hot and cold the carpet was filthy and someone else’s bundles of hair over it the sofa bed had collapsed so when you sit on it the cushions go through the metal bars so couldn’t sit in and relax the hoover was filthy stunk and the end bit had fallen off as they tried to put a screw through it and had fallen out somewhere, tap finally got fixed as they put a new one on and the workman used the white towels to do it left them on our eating table in the lodge absolutely disgusting the way we were treated this was Thursday afternoon we left Friday morning having been there since Monday , staff members were rude said we know you messaging face book well yes it said warmwell and was the easiest way to talk to someone very unprofessional place !!!

My sons money back as it cost us a fortune in the end and was a present to me and his mum step child and girlfriend.
We have just arrived from Warmwell (early) and we are disgusted by the filthy, run down lodges and lack.if Covid precautions. Even our kids wanted to come home early because it smelt so bad in the lodge and we had no working shower. We complained on site but the manager was extremely rude and offered no solutions. Avoid!
