General Electric complaint: Washer possessed

My complaint:

I purchased a GE washer at Lowe’s I was looking for a top-loading washer because of limited space in front of where the washer goes the only one I could find is GE I really didn’t want another GE product because back in 1972 a GE washer overheated and nearly caused the death of myself my unborn child and my daughter and my cat I got my new GE washer and have been disappointed with it everyday since every time I wash the drum hits against the walls and bang bang Bang’s it Tangles up my clothes to the point where they cannot get clean and not can be taken apart from each other easily besides that even after not turning it on for a few days the washer turns itself on and I hear water running and look and there’s water running into this washing machine I have had six service calls and they want me to exchange it for another washer just like it I’m not a fool I really do not want another washer just like it of course I don’t

Suggested solution:

I have asked for the right to have this washer picked up and replaced with a better washer or the right to pick out a washer made by another company which would mean they would return the money I paid for this washer I did report the faulty problems even while it was under a 30 day time. After I purchase the washer and was told I could not exchange it then by Lowe\'s I am so totally frustrated and it\'s making me almost sick and I\'m 71 years old with a lot of health problems these people have no mercy I do not want to another washer just like it
