My complaint:
I purchased a card at San Marcos brand new card. By the the time I got home. I went to open the new card to activate the card. I called the number on the card. And it was already in use. I lost 500.00 I have no more money or any way to get any more money. I hate Walmart way they handle this. I called the police to make a report. And nothing was done. I am beat out of $500.00 over this.

No It not been resolved. I got the manger for green dot. Her Name Is Maria she was not help what so ever. That woman should not have a job there. She was way out of line. She just more less said I would not get this resolved. Now I am going to call BBB in the morning place a complaint. And for Walmart and green dot. When you call the number on the back and its ask for a SS and You have not even given your ss. How is that my fault? I am beat out $500.00 now who is to refund me the money i lost?
