My complaint:
I called dominos tonight to order my pizza around 12:20 and they took my order, 15 minutes later I go to pick up my pizza there are cars backed up in the line at least 8, and cars parked with people waiting also. I called and asked about my pizza while waiting in line and they told me my pizza was in the oven, once making to the window. They said my pizza wasn’t even prepared and I had to wait another 7 minutes in line, I had already waited 23 minutes in line plus the 15 minutes before I got there.
Suggested solution:
I would like a apology and for my order to be made free and also a gift card, the service was VERY unprofessional.
